Course Description: We’ve all been there. Work, family, kids, LIFE… It’s all so busy! How do we make healthy meals happen in between all of that?! In this workshop, we’ll talk about your meal planning goals, strategize ways to make it work, and discuss tips and tricks to keep you on track throughout the week. This workshop aims to meet you where you are - whether you’re looking to plan just a few meals, or a full week’s worth. Bring your questions, and any meal ideas you have - this will be part presentation, part Q&A and meal planning time.
